We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Prestige Awards has officially named GLITZ the Best Evening Entertainment Band in Scotland for 2026/2027, making this our sixth major award win and our second time receiving this incredible Prestige title.
Winning this award once was an honour. Winning it again officially places GLITZ among Prestige Scotland’s recognised multi-award-winning entertainment providers, and honestly, we could not be more proud.
Over the years, GLITZ has grown from a passionate live band into one of Scotland’s busiest and most in-demand evening entertainment acts. From luxury weddings and packed dancefloors to corporate events, gala nights and unforgettable parties, our mission has always stayed the same, create a night people never forget.
This latest award means so much because it reflects not only the performances on stage, but also the work behind the scenes: the planning, rehearsals, travel, production, musicianship and the incredible team that keeps everything running smoothly week after week.
Most importantly, this award belongs to our clients and supporters too.
To every couple who trusted us with their wedding evening, every venue that recommends us, every corporate client who books us year after year, and every guest who fills the dancefloor, thank you. Being recognised again by Prestige Scotland is a huge moment for us, especially alongside all the other awards GLITZ has proudly collected over the years. It gives us even more motivation heading into another exciting season of events across Scotland and beyond.
